Before booking with HJ Executive Travel, please read our Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions for HJ Executive Travel 

 1. Service Agreement: By booking our chauffeur hire service, you agree to these terms and conditions. 

 2. Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed via email or phone to ensure availability. 

 3. Payment Terms: Full payment is required a week before the booking for all executive travel services. Unless otherwise agreed. We accept debit cards, bank transfers and cash 

 4. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee.

 5. Punctuality: Our chauffeurs prioritize punctuality. Clients must be ready at the designated pickup time.

6. Passenger Behavior: Passengers must behave respectfully towards the chauffeur and adhere to vehicle policies at all times.

 7. Child Safety: Clients are responsible for providing child safety seats. We don’t supply child seats but we can keep hold of your one safely until you return.

 8. Baggage Allowance: The vehicle will fit up to 8 suitcases and hold luggage. 

 9. Vehicle Substitution: We reserve the right to substitute vehicles in case of unforeseen circumstances, ensuring a comparable or upgraded vehicle. 

 10. Alcohol Consumption: Alcohol consumption is permitted in the vehicle only with prior consent and in compliance with local laws. 

 11. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all chauffeur vehicles. 

 12. Lost Property: HJ Executive Travel is not responsible for lost items left in the vehicle after service. Although we will keep hold of any found items and return them to you. 

 13. Traffic Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 14. Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to deliver services due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters. 

 15. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this agreement will be handled according to the laws of England and Wales. 

 16. Client Feedback: We may use client testimonials for promotional purposes, with prior consent. 

 17. Chauffeur Conduct: Our chauffeurs are professionally trained to provide safe, courteous, and efficient service. 

 18. Insurance Coverage: All vehicles are fully insured. 

 19. Booking Changes: Changes to your booking must be communicated at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled service. 

 20. Minimum Booking Time: A minimum booking time of 3 hours on hourly bookings is required for all executive travel services. 

 21. Group Bookings: For groups exceeding 15 passengers, please contact us for special arrangements and pricing.

 22. Driver Gratuity: Gratuity for chauffeurs is appreciated and is at the client’s discretion. 

 23. Behavioral Policy: We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger exhibiting inappropriate behavior. 

 24. Communication: Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information to facilitate communication regarding bookings. 

 25. Special Requests: Any special requests (e.g., specific routes or stops) should be communicated at the time of booking. 

 26. Vehicle Maintenance: Our vehicles are regularly maintained and cleaned to ensure the highest standards of safety and comfort. 

 27. Payment Disputes: Any payment disputes must be reported within 30 days of the service date. 

 28. Privacy Policy: We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without consent.

 29. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any legal proceedings must be conducted in that jurisdiction.
